ABT win HyperX TAKEOFF by FNAC
We brought the trophy home. On 17 October, ABT Esports won HyperX TAKEOFF by FNAC, beating Northern Grade in the LAN final at FNAC Colombo in Lisbon.
The journey began on 3 October with the open FACEIT qualifier, which determined the two LAN finalists. Two weeks later, we faced Northern Grade again, this time sharing the stage in person, and ended this leg with the trophy in our hands.
Part of the amateur HyperX RETAKE circuit, TAKEOFF by FNAC offered a €500 prize pool. First place earned us €350 and a spot in the circuit grand final at Lisboa Games Week.
Next up is the TAKEOFF by DARTY champion in a best-of-five on the HyperX RETAKE main stage at Lisboa Games Week. Another €500 and the title bringing together both regional champions will be on the line. Find out about the grand final .
Thank you to everyone who came to FNAC, watched the broadcast or cheered us on from afar. This win also belongs to the people who help us keep going. For now, here is the photo with the trophy. Next stop: Lisboa Games Week.
