Controller and contact
ABT Esports is responsible for processing. For questions, access, correction or deletion requests, email [email protected].
Data and purposes
Accounts: email and nickname for authentication and rankings. Store: name, email, phone and address to handle the order, payment and delivery. Donations: name, nickname, email, amount and method to contact the supporter, confirm payment and, where applicable, publish the nickname on the wall. Bingo: mode, duration, result and participants to measure usage and improve the game; solo matches are linked to an account when available or to an anonymous identifier, while rooms retain the nicknames used in that match. Bingo and Aim Trainer reports: message, technical game context and, if provided, an email address to investigate and reply to the issue.
Providers and transfers
We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for accounts and the database, and Resend for email. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under applicable safeguards.
Retention and rights
We retain data only as long as needed to manage the account, fulfil the order or donation, analyse Bingo usage and reports, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection through our email. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
Security and local storage
We use access controls and encrypted connections. Bingo history is private and cannot be read using the website public key. The site stores language, settings and local Trainer records on your device. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics for advertising.
Result validation
For Aim Trainer rounds linked to an account, gameplay events are sent to the server to recompute and validate the result. We retain the session, result summary and a validation identifier; the click history is not stored in the database.
Request recovery
When submitting an order or donation, a recovery credential is stored on this device for up to 30 days, without your name, email or address. It allows confirmation recovery and instructions to be resent to the original email address. The public request reference alone does not authorize recovery.
